Job Summary

We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.   • Manage budgeting and financial planning processes, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the allocation of funds and maximizing returns on investments.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and project managers, assisting in decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on the organization’s financial health.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in financial management, with experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting software, and enterprise-level financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in financial practices.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting standards is highly desirable.
