- Â Desk/workspace assigned (if applicable)
- Â Add to internal directories and org chart
- Â Assign onboarding buddy/mentor
- Â Send company handbook and policies

- Â Office tour / virtual environment walkthrough

- Â Set up payroll, benefits, and tax forms
- Â Lunch with manager or team
🗓️ Week 1: Training & Integration
- Â Role-specific training begins
- Â Review job description and goals
- Â Introduce project management and communication tools (Slack, Trello, etc.)
- Â Schedule recurring check-ins with manager
- Â Join relevant meetings and shadow colleagues
- Â Complete compliance and safety training (if applicable)
📅 Weeks 2–4: Engagement & Feedback
- Â Ongoing role-based training
- Â Introductory meetings with cross-functional teams
- Â First performance feedback session with manager
- Â Participate in team-building activities
- Â Begin contributing to projects
- Â Check-in with onboarding buddy
- Â Collect feedback on onboarding experience

- Â Set 30-, 60-, 90-day goals
- Â Conduct 30-day review with manager
- Â Complete all mandatory training
- Â Evaluate onboarding effectiveness (HR survey or feedback session)
- Â Offer opportunities for continuous learning
- Â Encourage participation in company communities or clubs
